We use your information to create and deliver the reading you request and to respond to order questions.

What we collect

For a paid BaZi reading we collect your email, question, and any birth details you submit. For a room reading we collect your email, room details and photo. We also record an order reference, submission time and a hashed network address for abuse prevention. Avoid submitting faces, identity documents, addresses, card details, or other information you do not wish to share.

How it is used

Order information is stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessed by our operator to prepare and deliver your report. When you use the free AI reading, your question, chart or image is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for analysis. Stripe processes payment details on its own checkout page; we do not receive your full card number. Cloudflare may process operational information to run and secure the website.

Retention and requests

We keep order details for as long as needed to deliver the service and handle order issues. To request access, correction or deletion of your details, contact kylian09@qq.com. Some transaction records may need to be kept for accounting or legal obligations.
