The service

Stillwater offers AI-assisted readings inspired by BaZi and feng shui, reviewed and delivered by email. They are for entertainment and self-reflection, not medical, financial or legal advice. Results are interpretive and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Orders and delivery

Each reading is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax. We aim to deliver within 24 hours after receiving both payment and complete details. Please provide a working email and accurate information, and contact us if your confirmation or report does not arrive.

Problems and refunds

If your report is not delivered or there is an issue with your order, email kylian09@qq.com with the email used at checkout and your order reference. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will arrange a refund. Contact us for other refund requests; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
